Back pain is so common in our society, almost everyone has suffered from it at some time or another. But, the question is what should I do about it?
There are many schools of thought on the subject and the one thing that they have in common is movement. But, you say, it hurts to move, how can I do any exercise when I'm in pain? Good question!
The answer is not a simple one. First, after you have consulted your physician, you start slow and you make a commitment to continue. If you can lay on your back, even if it's on your bed, you can start slow!
